Then you leave nothing behind. We use no cookies, no visitor statistics and no tracking scripts. The typefaces are served from our own server too, so your IP address is not passed to anyone else — which is only decent, and it is why you see no cookie banner here.
What always happens: the party serving this site processes the technical data needed to deliver a page and to prevent abuse. That is Microsoft Azure, on servers in Western Europe. We do not look into those records and keep nothing from them ourselves.
Then we receive what you entered: your name and email address, and — if you choose to fill them in — your organisation, what you are interested in, and your message.
That data reaches us as an email. It does not go into a database, a CRM or a list; it simply sits in our mailbox, like any other message you might send us. We use it to answer your question, and then to have the conversation that follows from it.
Filling in the form does not sign you up for a newsletter or for any marketing. If there ever is a newsletter, you subscribe to it separately.
Then we hold your details because you gave them to us, and the same applies: we use them to reply and to carry out the work we are discussing.
For as long as the contact is live, and after that up to two years from our last message.
If it turns into an assignment, invoices and bookkeeping come with it. Those fall under Dutch tax law and we have to keep them for seven years. The message you sent through the contact form is not part of that — it is not bookkeeping.
Nobody. We do not sell data and we do not share it with others for their own purposes.
We do work with suppliers who make it possible: Microsoft, for our email and for serving this site. Their servers are in the European Union.
Because you contact us and we answer you. In the language of the GDPR: it is necessary to perform a contract or to take steps at your request before entering into one, and we have a legitimate interest in being able to respond to people who approach us.
You can always ask what data we hold about you, have it corrected, have it deleted, object to our use of it, or receive it in a readable file. One email to info@humanxt.ai is enough; we respond within a month.
If you disagree with how we handle this, you can lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
Traffic to this site is encrypted. Access to the mailbox your message arrives in is limited to the people at Humanxt.ai who work with it, and protected with multi-factor authentication.
